You might know Dougherty from Trick ‘r Treat, his 2007 anthology horror film that has slowly climbed the ranks from Halloween cult classic to just Halloween classic. You might also know him as the guy who specializes in big-ass monsters (Krampus, Godzilla: King of the Monsters) in Hollywood movies. Either way, he’s one of the rare horror filmmakers to make big(ger) budget horror, and we’re excited to break down his career and return to the world of Trick ‘r Treat with his new comic series.
